We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to withdraw from our tutoring program. Our withdrawal policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our tutors. If you choose to withdraw from our bi-weekly or monthly program within the first week of starting, we will refund the fees for any remaining sessions that you have not yet attended. However, if you choose to withdraw after the first week, we will not be able to issue a refund for any unused sessions. This is because our tutors reserve specific time for each student, and withdrawing from the program means that this time cannot be filled by another student at such short notice. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our withdrawal policy.
